Magda Apanowicz

Magda Apanowicz is a Canadian actor. She was born on November 8, 1985. She is 5'3" (1.60 millimetres). Her most famous roles include Andy Jensen in the TV show Kyle XY, and Lacy in the show Caprica. Apanowicz is born of Polish origin and lived for a period of time in Poland when she was in ninth grade. She studied at The Vancouver Film School. Her interest in acting began in the age of 10, after her brother introduced her to Pulp Fiction. The actress began her acting career in 2002 with brief appearances in the TV series Jeremiah as well as John Doe. From 2007 through 2009 she played the role of Andy Jensen on Kyle XY. The film she made in 2008 Every Second Counts was a Hallmark Channel exclusive. Apanowicz performed the role of Lacy Rand, in Caprica (2009) in the role of the series regular. She appeared alongside Eric Stoltz. The actress later appeared on Hellcats. In 2012 she appeared as an actor in the web-series Husbands. The script was written by Jane Espenson.
